Macchiato
Macchiato, besides being a type of coffee literally means “stained” in Italian. She likes the wind in her hair and isn’t worried about being too perfect. As a curly-haired dirty blond silky soft sheepskin, macchiato is full of cream, energy, and art. Happy to curl up with you after a long day, this sheep is a perfect friend to enjoy a simple cup of tea with when you want to wind down, or warm your feet while drinking an espresso to get you going.
Macchiato comes from a very very small special selection of sheep (3 a year) from Morning Glory Farms in Otsego, Michigan. This amazing family started shepherding sheep with the dual purpose of helping welcome and integrate refugee foster children into their home and to protect and revive the Shetland breed of sheep that are endangered.
